Getting back on track - what motivates you?

Afternoon all.

After a few months of plodding half heartily along with SW & am finally back to feeling motivated & raring to go. Since the summer I struggled to get back into it with children having illness's & myself dealing with new medication. I never gave up but the end result has been some gain. I've dealt with it, I'm over it & I'm ready to shed the lb's once more.

Some of the things that are motivating me:
Being able to sit comfortably watching the childrens school plays.
Shopping with confidence for clothes.
Wearing something nice at christmas.
Imagining myself in a magazine :)
 
Sorry to hear you've been ill and are on medication, hope you are lots better now:) That's great that you are so positive and you are not giving up!!

Some things that are motivating me are:
Getting back into some of my old clothes
Buying a new dress for the works christmas party (hopefullly in a smaller size)
Not feeling uncomfortable all the time in my clothes
Confidence in myself

some things for me are getting each 7lb award/sticker.
fitting into smaller size clothes.
fitting better in seats.
more energy.
 
being able to walk between parked cars without popping wing mirrors in with my ample behind.:D
