Getting Back on Track

I am going and doing my food shop tomorrow ready to start again. It amazed me how easy it was to slip back into some old habits over Xmas and although it wasn't majorly bad I still feel huge now and am back to my start weight (I only joined SW 4 weeks before Xmas, thought people might think I'd gained a stone over Xmas lol).

I need to get my head back into it and also get back to the gym as I have a 6k run in Febuary. We're also going to France the 2nd week in May and I want to be happy with myself and the last week in May I have a hen party which will the first time in 6 years I have seen my uni friends.

What low syn snacks/lunches are reccommended? Are pasta and sauce and supernoodles still free?
