Getting back to target?

I reached my original target back in June 2011 and stayed there till last christmas. I thought s.o.d it at xmas I'll have what I like and get back on track afterwards as thought it would be easy.
Unfortunately it wasn't (despite getting back on track and starting exercising etc the lbs weren't budging and I lost heart) and I've struggled on and off all year and am even further away now about a stone but after this weekend maybe more!

I was just wondering how many of us there were in a similar boat and wondered if anyone fancied a challenge or anything to get us back to where we want to be.

I think I've learnt quite a lot working through this stage but want to try and at least have a good few weeks and be in a better place for the start of this festive season so am not in an even worse place afterwards!

I'm at target but only just at the minute and if I don't get my backside into gear I'll be out of my range :(

I'm aiming to lose another 7 pound before Christmas which will take me to the lower end of my range,

At the minute I just cant keep my syns under control, kind of giving myself too much leeway - you know the story 'well I'm at target so a little bit won't hurt' but at the min I'm having too many 'little bits '

Keep going though and you'll get back into it xx
