Getting confused, Healthy B & Cereal Bar Syns

Hi.
I've just joined sw online and have done it for the past year and a half.
I've been having Special K Red Berry bars as part of my healthy b, but online saying 4.5 syns?!

Which ones / brands are free syns / can be used as part of your healthy b?

If you see HE online after the product it can be used as a Healthy Extra B otherwise it must be Synned.

I can't see it online, so I presume something in the ingredients have changed? Perhaps someone else here might know the answer or you could ask Slimming World has it changed and why.
