I was told a few years ago that sleep is related to weight loss and I just remembered about it so thought I'd look it up and see what Google threw at me.

No probs babe! My sleep is sometimes completely backwards so figured I should share in case others have wiggle-room with theirs too :)

This so makes sense to me, my sleep pattern was awful before going on LL, getting better, however still up until 3-4 most nights.

I am going to try some of the suggestions, thank you muchley x

I just can't seem to sleep well at all these days, I feel so tired but sometimes just cannot relax enough to nod off  Looks like another late night for me :sigh:

Since being on Lt, I sleep like a baby! Come 9pm - 10 pm my eyes are watering from yawning, get a shower get into bed, soon after I am out for the count, and in a really deep sleep too! I love it!
