getting fed up now................

I packed in smokin my "4 a day" in september and have gained half stone, I am only 5.1" and now weight 8st 8lbs usually 8-8.2 etc

I have tried slimming world, weight watchers and low carb and I think weight watchers was the easiest but like my wine and treats on a weekend etc.........I would lose 2lbs a week then gain it at the weekend,lol..........aaarrgggggghhhhh

I am 39 this year and just want to flattern the belly hips and inner thighs, I exercise 3 times a week but can seem to tone or lose weight...................

Does anyone else similar to me need to lose just half stone and can't?
feel alone and as if i am doing it all wrong???
