Getting fit for the coastguard

Started slimming world on line Tuesday. Start coastguard training in January need to be smaller to fit into the kit and be much much fitter.
Breakfast: egg tomatoes and mushrooms fried in 1 tspn olive oil (2 syns) watercress, slice rye bread (hex b), glass coconut water(1syn)
Drinks: I green tea with lemon, 2 coffees using oat milk from allowance (hex a), 3 glasses water
