getting lazy with 3 shakes

this is really bad i'm only in my 2nd week but because i'm not hungry at all (woohoo!) i sometimes skip my 3rd shake and have a little piece of chicken instead. i know this is not ideal but sometimes i need that taste of food rather than another shake.

anyone else feel like this? i do know i'm naughty :(
 
you really should have all your shakes hun just to make sure you body gets all the vitamins its needs to function on such a low cal diet , why don't you try SS + you can have a little food this may satisfy your need for food
 
yes you are right but sometimes i feel quite full after having two shakes and all the water allowance so i just have a sneaky piece of chicken (no fat, very small amount) and just forget the last shake. it's not something i do every day as i know how important it is that you get all your nutrients but some days i can't get over how full I feel without eating food. it's crazy!
 
even on SS+ you have to have all 3 products plus 200 calories worth of food. you need all 3 products if you want a consistant weight loss.
