We want to get Married in early Feb 2011.
Its 11 weeks exactly to the 1st Feb!

I have been on the Cambridge Diet since the end of August and have gone from 17 stone 10 to 15 5 so far well hopefully a bit more (I get weighed today).

Absolutely nothing is booked though and I have no idea about dresses!

I am aiming to lose 3 more stone, so just over a stone a month, to take me to 12 stone. I have no idea what clothes size that would be though.
I want a cheap dress, max £200 as I really can't justify the cost of a higher priced dress.
I am openminded about the colour too.

I am considering other options apart from white. Especially as its a feb wedding so suppose its a winter wedding??

Though I might get a white/ivory dress, i'm just not sure!!
I like strapless dresses, if not white I am maybe thinking of getting a coloured ballgown, strapless dress??
Could I wear a hoop underneath to make it stick out??

I am thinking of a short sleeved fake fur shrug, stole, cape type thing over the top of strapless dress, the same colour as the dress as I don't like the top of my arms much and if its feb it will be chilly if we get married in UK.
I am not sure though as not sure what it'll look like.

I am hoping there might be something as there are lots of christmas parties coming up, I am hoping lots of suitable dresses are available.

We want to get it booked up, I am still undecided about whether to go to scotland/gretna green or get married abroad (that will be lots more £ though).
If its either of those it will just be us bride and groom.

If we get hitched in a local church or registry office then I would only want a small wedding. And I don't want speeches or anything, or a disco, we are both not bothered about that, I want it to be very informal.

I am hoping as we will be getting married not peak wedding season especially short notice it will be cheaper/more availability. And more dresses available coming up to christmas parties.

I hope to hear from other brides to be/recently married
or anyone who is interested in weddings!!

Thanks for reading!! :)
