WEll, here we go. I joined a while ago but never really posted, now it is 8 weeks to myy wedding and ive started on theCD too late, ideally i would have lost three stone but i kept procrastinating, and loost 4lbs in the whole of january. We decided to bring our wedding forward from later in the year, so I dont have as much time as i would have liked. I seem to be the sort of person who does best at the last minute, but currently im on day two of CD SS and I woulod gladly eat my own hand. I'm tired and cold too, but I did the CD last year for a while and I know this will pass. I am meant to be cleaning my kitchen, but am scared to when i am so hungry as could slip at any time... mauybe leave it til the morning!

Thanks ....... I'm just all about the water right now. - feel cold and I have a headache, and the H2B is eating corn on the cob smothered in butter.
Have opted for just one type of shake cause its the only one I like (choc mint) but don't know if this will
Prove too restrictive, might reward myself with a chicken breast in a few days.....

I feel really bad.... I oonly had one shake yesterday, then a steak, sausages and some cheese. I feel bad today for it, but am still in ketosis. Have got obsessed with my ketostix. Will be good today, its day four and my trousera don't feel quite ao tight, might weigh myself on friday, that will help! How are you?

My wedding isnt for 25 weeks yet and I am already heavily into the motivated mood to be a lot lighter than I am now.

Have you bought your dress yet? Does it fit? Keep thinking of walking down the aisle with everyone looking at you. That is what keeps me going, looking my best at the best weight I could possibly be to my fiance the proudest he has ever been on that day!
