A mix of things has prompted this thread...
Ninja's posts about people eating salads and retaining water.
Reading about the warm weather causing more fluid retention.
Someone at work asking whether tablets like Adios work.
So...I googled a bit. Drinking more water is supposed to help relieve fluid retention! Yay!
How much though? Do you just keep going as much as you can, til you start to feel less bloated?
Also, as it's my WI day today (and I'm clutching at straws for any loss I can) if I drink masses and masses, am I going to weigh more tonight? Or in theory, should it be ok as I'm just fully hydrated and normal, and not retaining?
Waffle, sorry! But any thoughts/ideas/experience?
