i joined slimming world on the thursday just gone & love it! i left feeling so possitive & motivated, its great: i love this site, it offers so much support & everyones so friendly, so i thought i'd start my own diary. my start weight is 10st 10lb, & my first go goal is 9st 9lb which is my club 10. so i'll start with what i ate yesterday,
Day 1
breakfast: apple
snack: banana, apple
lunch: turkey rasher x2, lettuce & tomato in wholemeal bread(hexb) & 1tbsp ketchup(1syn)
snack: weight watchers strawberry tart yoghurt
dinner: classic chicken curry (made this for the family from the sw curry recipe book, everyone absolutly loved it & it was so easy to make!)[h=3][/h]realised i only had 1 syn today so i took a highlights fudge hot chocolate(2syns)& a alpen light(3syns) to bed with me:)
total syns: 6
so i'll fill in todays diary tonight in another post:)
