Hello everyone.
Just thought I'd start a diary for me to keep notes on my calorie counting.
I am 24 and weigh 17 stone 7.4.
I am going to be using mfp to track my calories. My daily calorie goal is 1370 (based on losing 2lbs a week) and my final goal weight is 9stone.
