    Ok so if I start for yesterday

    Red Day-27/02/09


    Breakfast
    Special K substain-28g HEX B
    Kiwi
    whole milk-175ml HEX A
    Lunch
    Lean Pork slices-from a Joint I cooked day before
    Mullerlight fat free-Strawberry
    Apple
    Banana

    Dinner
    2 white baps (7 syns)
    Tomato
    lettuce
    bernard matthews wafer thin ham 97% fat free-2 slices

    Not to bad note to self must get some brown rolls :)
