I did a 3 month subscription and have lost 29lbs in that time. I have lost every week
. It is up for renewal on Monday and wondering whether I should go it alone. I have another 17lbs to lose.
I do think it is expensive for what it is, but it has worked for me so worth it so far. I like filling in the online food diary and using Syns online. I go on in the morning before work for motivation for the day, and also in the evening to complete the food diary.
Anyone any experience/advice?
I have tried just 'cutting down' on my own before and it has never worked long term - I think I have always been too strict then caved in. I do feel that I have a good grasp of the SW plan now though so should be able to sustain it? Just a bit scared I won't!
