I have just been put on orlistat by my doc however I have yet to take any of them. But having read all the postings on here Im about to embark on them tomorrow I am 16st and need to lose 6st there is no hurry I can do it in my own time but Im sick of being out of breath and not being able to fit into anything nice. will keep you updated and its so nice to find a forum that appears to care.

Just wanted to say hi.

I have about the same as you to lose and it seems like such a daunting task right now.
I have support at home which is great - but in the back of my mind I am still quite scared!!

So, here is to a great 2012 for both of us and I hope that we will reach that target.

Hi, I have about 6 stone to lose in this next year too. Won't know the official amount until I weigh myself in the morning! I am feeling strong and confident that SW is the way forward for me. You will do brilliantly too I am sure. This forum is a Godsend. Lots of luck xxx
