Wel.... that was a bit short and sweet lol. Was expecting something a little bit more "in depth" if you know what I mean. Didn't seem to be much point in it either.

I think basically she was through dieting and wanted the world to know! Was a bit odd though, pointless as you say!

I thought she was convincing herself that it was okay not to diet and be overweight. We all know from a health point of view that isn't the case.

Yes, that was how I took it. I felt sad for her really, I've tried that one, convincing myself that it is ok, can't keep it up though. I know I am not happy as I am, end of!

When you are slimmer you feel happier and sexier on the outside, and healthier on the inside and I don't believe anyone who tells me differently! We are all on the right path to health and happiness.
