thanks caz and andy i have a lot of toning to do but weight wise i couldnt ask to be in a better place (saying that if i loose more on rtm i wont say no lol!!)
i am very proud of myself for getting here at last (at my heaviest i was 15st 12lb so for me to now be 10st 4.5lb is amazing!!)
