Goals, motivation and success

For people just starting out on their LL journey, or for those needing motivation, I just thought I would post to say how worthwhile LL is. It is tough at times and goals can sometimes seem a long way off, but just keep going. I have just bought two beautiful summer dresses in size 10 and I feel absolutely on top of the world. I feel really pretty for the first time in 2 years and I am so so so glad I chose to do LL.
