Goals

    I didn't know where else to put this, so if it is in the wrong place then I am really sorry. (Still new to this!). I just want to know what you guy's' goals are, be it random, mini goals or long term ones.

    I, myself haven't really set any mini goals.. or weekly ones yet, but am planning on it.. since my challenge is starting this tuesday, so I want to have some challenges or goals for the weeks a head. Though, maybe trying to lose 2 pounds every week might class as a mini goal or challenge for myself.

    Anyway, my long term goal is to lose the weight that personally I think I need to get off, to become healthier, fitter and have a better life. With my weight comes restrictions to everything and it effects my life alot. To be more specific, my long term goal is lose 72 pounds (around 5 stone). One of my other goals, which focuses around my challenge is to lose 26 pounds (Give or take, I'm not picky) in 13 weeks..

    Anyway, before it feels like I am typing a book.. I would just like to know what everyone's goals are (Mini, long term or just simple weekly goals).

    Hey, I think you already have a great perspective on where you're headed! My goal is to be 120lbs for 2012. I'll post updates and check back. :D

    Right now it's just to get back on track. I want to have no slip ups at all for two weeks and have two good losses to get me started. I gave up smoking an regained a LOT of what I've sweated so hard to lose :( so medium term is to get back to my pre quit weight.
