Going Back To WeightWatchers again!

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your kind messages of support while i was on the Cambridge Diet :)

I have decided to go back to WW for a bit, but i also believe i'll be back doing this diet again at some point, as since xmas i've done Cambridge, Slimfast, WW, Cambridge and now i'm going back to WW,lol!

As this is a Cambridge forum, i'll need to move onto the WW one, but i will pop in and see how you are all doing and keep you updated on myself :)

By the way, i went to a WW meeting tonight and got weighed - since i last got weighed by my CDC nearly 3wks ago, i have lost 2.5lbs - now 12/7 :) I'll let you know what i am next Tues night as i get weighed at 6.30pm.

Hi Nicki and Jools :)

Truth is, i'm having a real tough time going from Cambridge to WW! I have been binging again and again like there's no tomorrow! :(

I've taken out the monthly payment plan with WW and i will go and get weighed over the next 4wks but at the same time i would like to stick with the Cambridge till then. My son and i are going down to London again on the 11th July which is exactly 4wks tomorrow and between now and then i would like to get to 11/7 and be a size 14!

I know the only way to lose a stone in a month is to do Cambridge! I need to get my head together and be strong. I feel all messed up right now. When i was doing the Cambridge and not cheating i felt great! Since i've been re starting, binging, restarting, binging, i feel terrible and low :(

I need to start and plan my days better so i'm not in a position where it's easy for me to binge!!!! I need to keep strong!!!!

Day 1 again tomorrow :)

Jools - i'm back - so you won't have to miss me now :) x x x

Poor you, it is horrible when your head is in that place where you can't focus on the diet. It's taken me 3 starts last month to really get going with CD. It's weird isn't it, that it is more difficult to restart, you'd think it would be easier as you know it works well.
