Okay, so I got my silver today (woo!) now I need to up the body magic but also I need to include two muscle building activities. Just wondered what everyone does for this and what would constitute a 'muscle building activity'

I would love to know this too? Did you find out? Does it mean weights as I can't afford to join a gym at the moment. what else could give muscle building?

I go to the gym but you can do muscle building exercises at home either using weights or kettlebells or doing body weight exercises.

Try the 30 day shred its got plenty of muscle building combined with fat burning and its on you tube so can just stream it but it is only a few quid to buy and well worth it
