Don't eat anything with cheese on! :D

Avoid the sausage dishes - they'll be packed full of fat. You could probably have the melon slices topped with ham though.

The veggie paella should be free or low-Syn, the meatballs should be the same.

The chicken and orange salad would also be nice, but make sure they put the dressing on the side!

This is assuming you're aiming for low-Syn ;)

Look for anything that says "Asado" -Roasted or "A la plancha" -Grilled, and you may want to ask them too avoid putting much oil if it's "a la plancha".
Avoid the Tortilla de Patata as it's fried potatoes with egg and Croquetas as they are fried and have quite a bit of flour in them.
Becareful with the Sangria too :) But enjoy!
