I've been going to group for 5 weeks now, but I only stayed the first time to see what it was like.
Now I usually just get weighed and leave. Class is ok, but they don't do much except go through everyone and talk about if and why they gained/lost. Then that's pretty much it.
I think paying £5 a week just to get weighed is a bit daft and I was thinking about weighing at home every week instead.
I think I can manage without going to class but I don't know. I'm really not sure what to do.
I know a lot of people say they couldn't do it without going to group, but is there anyone who has been successful when doing it at home?
