I'm Claire and am trying to lose weight have been trying for a while now when i started i was 15st 2lbs i am now 13st 9lbs i don't go to any slimming clubs or gym's as i don't have the time with four children two under five my evenings are taken up with them and my husband works long hours so i decided to change my eating habits and bought an exercise bike it has been a slow process but it is working i think i have lost more inches than pounds as used to be size 18 -20 in trousers and am now a size 14
would like to get down to around 10st.
Any hints and tips would be welcomed as i have stayed the same weight now for 2 months and can't seem to shift any more although i haven't put any on either.
