ProPoints Going low carb!!!

Have sts now for six week and I've had enough so am cutting right down on carbs, white bread is out completely! Will probably have cereal sometimes for breakfast as I just don't think I can manage cooked breakfasts every morning, omelette, salads, etc for lunch and meat or fish with veg for dinner. I'm always so bloated after heavy carbs so hopefully this will help. I'm not trying to cut carbs out completely it's just I need to heavily cut back on the White bread, pasta, rice. Will try and plan my days food the night before and post on here, might encourage me to stick at it!
