going on holiday HELP!

Hi all! just started LT 1wk tomorrom. God its hard carnt stop thinking about food. going away in 4 weeks, dont want to take LT with me, what am i safe to eat without putting weight back on. do i need to do refeed?:confused:
 
chicken , also leafy greens , white fish .
 
Chicken, turkey, tuna, green veg but salads better than cooked veg if your refeeding to come out of ketosis then look at mini's thread which has the full refeed menu for days 1-7 if your going to try and stay in ketosis(which means you cant drink) then id do shakes for brekkie and lunch and salads for tea. but if you really want to enjoy your hols then its low carb for every meal :) hope that helps
