If I was meeting a friend for coffee (think Costa/Starbucks etc) what could I have on SS+?

I don't usually drink milk as I don't like tea and coffee but could I have a drink with soy milk? Or does it have to be unsweetened/skimmed?

I'm guessing the answer if going to be 'nothing' but I just thought I'd check!

Black coffee from Costa and Starbucks is lovely as its fresh coffee. Tey do Skinny Latte so maybe you could ask for a little skimmed milk in too xxx

your allowed a certain amount of skimmed milk on SS+ and its the same amount as in a small skinny latte! I know this becuase i actually asked the manager of our local costa to check the quantity! lol.

Now if you want to add sweetener, then remember to take some tablets with you as your not allowed the powdered form.

You say you don't like tea, but does that include peppermint tea also? That's always a good option if you like it. I find it tastes quite different to normal tea.

    I feel your pain!

One of my favourite things was a Costa coffee soy hot chocolate. Still, probably one of the reasons I ended up here! (That - and the 'other' things available in such establishments...).
