going to a harvester pub tonight on red...

    and i'm not sure what my best options are, im not normally a red girl but today i fancy it, so if possible please can you tell me my best options for a red day and syns (if any) thanks so much xx

    Free salad bar, spitroast chicken, grilled salmon pasta dishes (not creamy ones), mash instead of chips. this was on a post hope it helps :)

    We always go the harvester. my fave is the Gammon with a baked spud. Loads of free salad to start and pass on dessert

    Simply chicken with a jacket potato and peas and the free salad cart!

    Is the gammon (cutting off any fat of course) definately free?? Just tastes too good to be lol

    It should be. I dont really see why they would add fat/oil to cook it coz it usually just goes on a griddle. I have not had any problems with it.

    If unsure just ask them when you order if how it is cooked. If they say they add oil/fat just tell them not to and dry fry it.

    I fry Gammon at home all the time on the geaorge without adding anything and it tastes just as good an theirs. HTH.
