I still cant believe how i stuck to the diet as much as i could yesterday.
I had a shake for breaky, was so scared i saved the other 3 for dinner. she had roast and managed to avoid all the potatoes, yorkshires, gravy etc... was hard a couple times though, and quite annoying how the conversation always turns to your and your diet. thankfully my OH is amazing and explained just enough to get them off my back and stuck up for me when she was trying to put just one potato on my plate lol. so i had roasted chicken, no skin and cabbage and cauliflower, and she brought out 3 different desserts. but she brought out some water melon. not on the diet but as i had 3 packs to make up for carb wise thought be ok to have a bit, plus was hard not to have even watermelon, its just water haha. then had a milky coffe later semi-skimmed. so tbh I think I got through that really really well. now for next sunday. out with OH's friends for tea.
