Weighed in this morning and lost 3lb this week. Im happy with that. That means ive lost 11lb in 2 weeks. whoop!

out for dinner tonight with the OH grandparents. little worried. hoping she does a roast so can have the chicken and pick the veg i want. she always does dessert too and theres normally no saying no. but im going to have to this time . eeeek!

I still cant believe how i stuck to the diet as much as i could yesterday.

I had a shake for breaky, was so scared i saved the other 3 for dinner. she had roast and managed to avoid all the potatoes, yorkshires, gravy etc... was hard a couple times though, and quite annoying how the conversation always turns to your and your diet. thankfully my OH is amazing and explained just enough to get them off my back and stuck up for me when she was trying to put just one potato on my plate lol. so i had roasted chicken, no skin and cabbage and cauliflower, and she brought out 3 different desserts. but she brought out some water melon. not on the diet but as i had 3 packs to make up for carb wise thought be ok to have a bit, plus was hard not to have even watermelon, its just water haha. then had a milky coffe later semi-skimmed. so tbh I think I got through that really really well. now for next sunday. out with OH's friends for tea.

My OH is awesome, he text his mate to tell them im on a diet for the wedding and can they do something like a roast, how sweet :D I don't have to panic now i can have the chicken and a few veggies and bring a bar if i need it too :D x
 
Day 17 = failed :(

woke up with awfull period pain.

i had late shake

lunch i had chicken breast and a bar

dinner i had a choc shake made into a frozen mousse

...then all broke . OH went for mcdonalds managed to avoid it. after having some crazy crazy carb sugar cravings, then i got home and reached for fruit & fibre bran flakes :(
i do'nt know why i did it. :cry:
 
Dont stress, draw a line and carry on

Periods are brutal on open, have dome extra protein to get through it

might be there soon as i managed to cook 9 homemade pasties, and a carrot cake already today and im not hungry at all, happily sat down with my curry pack :)

and a slim bar at the cinema (chopped up into 30 pieces)

spaghetti pack with lettuce

chicken breast with brocolli & cauliflower , as got friends over for a roast dinner and making choc mousse for everyone so i can sort of have a mousse too
with the choc crisp made into a mousse :)
 
Day 23
Today is going to be interesting . OH wants to take me out for lunch, and we are over friends for dinner too

so
had a lemon bar as was in a rush this morning.

lunch will be chicken/salmon and salad

and dinner will be chicken and salad lol

and dessert will be a shake made into a mousse type thing...very sweet :)
