Going to have to JUDD it this week

#1
Never tried it before but we have such a lot on this week, and with only losing a pound last week, I don't want to fall off the wagon.
Today, Wednesday and Friday is SF for breakfast and then try and pick something healthy out of the menu when we are out Tuesday Friday &Saturday SF. Sunday... Do the best I can! If nothing else it will be an interesting experiment

I didn't know either Karen! I heard about it on here a few weeks ago, there's a good thread on it on the general diet forum. Basically it stands for Up day Down day II've forgotten the name of the doctor the J stands for!) You diet for 1 day, eat normally, 3 meals a day without going mad, then another diet day then another eating day etc etc. One girls has lost stones and stones doing it this way. It's slow but the weight you lose stays off and you can have a more normal life. I'll post on Sunday how much weight I've managed to shift doing JUDD.

Very best of luck with Judddering :)

A quick tip though. 500 cals for the down day is very low without the benefit of ketosis. If you have skimmed milk in your teas and coffees, you can say goodbye to nearly 100 of them

I would avoid the SF for brekkie. In fact, most Juddders avoid brekkie altogether as it makes them hungrier throughout the day. If you want to eat, go for protein. Protein shake rather than SF, chicken, prawns, egg whites. That sort of thing. It'll keep the hunger pangs away for longer:)

Many thanks KD. It is going to be very difficult this week, we have so many engagements that all I can hope for on the days I don't have to go out somewhere, is 'damage limitation'
