golden linseed/flaxseed

Does anyone know the syn values of this?
I can't find my syn directory

I have been searching and i think it is 3 syns for 1tbsp of golden linseed or flaxseed.

I searched the nutritional values and then put them into the Syns Calculator - Not sure this is right.

I have my book in front of me and it says 1 level tbsp is 3.5 syns. I love weetabix with a tbsp of golden linseeds, tbsp pumpkin seeds and chopped fresh fruit but I can't justify the syns for it.

Its quite high in syns but its full of good stuff and keeps you 'regular' too!!

I had 2 tblsp in my porridge this morning, maybe I'll just have 1 tomorrow!!

1 Tablespoon of Golden Linseed is 4.5 syns! Seems alot doesnt it!!!?! x

Just noticed that they count as a HEX B on green days - 2 level dessertspoon is one HEX B!!!
