Good afternoon peeps, well another day done almost and I am heading for my evening shift , got my shaker with my Choc shake , my litre bottle of water, can of coke zero . It has become second nature after a few days , however I feel that coke zero might be the cause of my frequent trips to toilet. However I know I am in ketosis as I was in the bath and had metallic taste suddenly appear . Also smelly wee. I am a great catch don't you know .

Well done you! I almost had a coke zero today and bottled it cause I felt like I was cheating haha! Stupid I know! Might treat myself tonight though as the other half is treating himself to chippy!
