After having last week off and being rather naughty for two weeks I was aghast that I'd maintained! I have booked off another two weeks and have a couple of things coming up but am going ot really stick to it the rest of the time. x

Hi 1.5 off for me - so I am back on the right road. My C was suggesting to me that I could hit my 4 stone if I work really hard this week. It would be 2.5 off which I think I could struggle with but I will give it a go.
