    Hello everyone I hope you are all well! Sorry not to have posted but just done a 14 day stint at work and not had much time!

    Sent before completed whoops! Still going strong with Atkins! Breakfast today scrambled eggs and chees yum!
    Lunch tuna salad and Mayo
    Tea belly pork rashers cabbage and butter
    Coffee and water
    And my 2 tea spoons coconut oil which I adore!!!! Just let it melt in my mouth and it feels like a sweet treat ??? Have a good day all! :)

    Today bacon and scrambled eggs
    Chicken salad and Mayo
    Belly pork cabbage buttered of course!!!!
