Good SW places to eat out in Worcester?

Hi guys, does anyone know of any good places for someone doing SW could go and get and not rack up too many Syns?

I cant be specific to the area but find chains like Harvester and Wetherspoons to be good.

It doesnt really matter what the majority of the menu is like as long as there are a few low syn options so maybe do some research in advance?

Have you tried Thai gallery in the centre? They have lovely thai salads which cant be too high in syns i wouldnt have thought? Or Valentinos italian, they cook in open kitchen from fresh so you can ask to have it exactly as you want? x
