I'm changing back over to Slimming World, after my really bad headache the other day, I feel ready to start back on food, I think my body is telling me its time, so I thought I'd change now. I've done really well on cd lost 1lb under 2st and I'm really pleased and would recomend it to anyone good luck to all of you on your weight loss journey, I will pop back and see how you are all doing from time to time xx
