Puddings Gorgeous and easy low syn dessert

Hardly a recipe, just a few bits and bobs mixed together:

2 scoops Carte D'or Ice Cream (2 scoops + 70cal or 3.5 syns) topped with
Frozen raspberries, defrosted in the microwave, so they were warm (not sure where this sits in the cooked/stewed fruit = syns debate - as far as I'm concerned, I ate no more than I would have if they defrosted naturally and were cold, so I'm calling it free!)
Crumbled Fibre Plus bar, melted in microwave so its just a little soft and gooey.

You could make it totally free by substituting the ice cream with fat free vanilla yoghurt
