GORGEOUS dinner tonight

Steak, with onions and mushrooms dryfried with garlic and smoked paprika served on a large leafy salad (o/h had new potatoes too, but I'm still avoiding very carby foods - pasta, rice, bread and potatoes).

I might have blackcurrant sugar-free jelly with fruit salad (frozen stuff defrosted) with squirty cream for pudding too.

Mmm.

I had steak on Saturday, with SW wedges, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes and a rocket salad with balsamic vinegar, followed by mirangue nests, creme fraiche, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and honey! Delish!
