Boo to your work being rubbish. I'm lucky my work let me have a seat when my plantar fascitis plays up or I'd end up crying by the end of my shift x

I feel like I've lost weight this morning , I know I lost 5, but all of a sudden my clothes feel looser , I like it

Hi there Yvonne et al!
Im back again after two years absence. Fatter (oops sorry I used the 'f' word) than ever. Rejoined SW today and would like to offer and get some support. Got the SW as GP referral so will be free for 12 weeks which is good. I lost two stone two years ago and have put on three stones since. So sick about this. Four stone will not take me down to perfect weight but would still be ecstatic to do this. So that's my aim. Am going to try some exercise too as I am so unfit that the doc sent me for a chest X-ray cos I'm such a puffing Billy. My knees are also v bad so it would help them too. Shame I don't think about all these things as I gobble down the giant chocolate bars or my third large Baileys

I know all about this yo yo losing . I wear the blooming t shirt,
I'm currently waiting for my second op on my knee in under a year, and I'm the same don't thing bout the damage ,

I never know what to have for lunch that isn't a big faff. I'm going to make a soup to last a couple of days. This morning I went to a free workshop at Ikea and there were drinks and pasties all laid out and I resisted. Yay go me.
Get out out for a walk even if it's not as far as you used to. I'm considering (code for not actually doing it...) aquarobics this evening. Going to take dog out first. Then clean kitchen and maybe start the ironing. Gosh my day is one long blur of excitement. You're right - we can do this x

I like to make a pan of soup to last a few days ,
Change of an , got an electrician here , we had s new kitchen last year and had a elec oven and hob , was gas before, anyhow it's overloaded the main box , there was a funny smell Monday night from that area , he's come pulled out the circits and there all black and melted ,
So he's trying to mend it ,
