Hi everyone ,
What a lovely day it is , shame OH hasn't got a garden I could sit in ,

I've made app to get my stitches removed on the 30 th and also an app to see Dr same day for my blood results and a follow up sicknote,

Slept quite well , did wake up a few times but got bk to sleep ok ,

Well just back from my walk,
What is usually a 20 min walk at the most has taken me almost an hour and a half , im shattered now ,

Received letter today , I have to go for further tests after my mammogram,

I'm staying in today and resting my knee ,
I've been having a bit of pain today ,
Diet wise I need to get my head sorted as I have let my emotions get the better of me ,
Need to get on plan tomorrow , there is no way im undoing what I've achieved in the past few months,
