GP form

Hi all,

I've made an appointment on Thursday so I can get my form signed - I have no of the medical conditions listed Barr a high BMI (just over 50)

Can they refuse me? Is it more of a statement of health or a consent form?

I'm ready to fight my corner but I'd rather not!

My C said Dr's don't give permission for you to do the CD, it's more for them to confirm what you've noted about any meds or conditions you have.

I saw my Dr last Thursday & was worried he'd be funny about it (he can be like that) & he could not have been better! When I left he actually told me he thinks I'll do well on it
