GP referral

Hi everyone - have many people on this forum gone to weight watchers with a GP referral resulting in 12 weeks of free classes? If so, was it difficult to get? Will be starting ww in a couple of weeks time and am wondering whether to see the doctor first.

its always worth a try. I know weight watchers do this as I am a helper in class and I see this a lot. I think if your bmi is over 25 you get A 12 week booklet. you then go back after the 12 weeks x

My GP mentioned WW and said they were the best, but didn't refer me.
