Gracie's Getting to Goal Diary - it will happen this time!

I rejoined my local Slimming World group for about the hundredth (and final!) time this evening, and I'm feeling more determined than ever to reach my goal of losing 2 stone.

I've done a healthy shop and planned my meals for the week, and I shan't let anything get in my way this time!

I'm looking for advice, tips and chit chat to help me on my way to a skinnier version of myself :)

Breakfast
Fat free natural yoghurt

Lunch
Homemade meatballs - extra lean minced steak, onion, garlic & chopped chilli
Spicy tomato sauce
Linguine
Homemade cheesy garlic bread - Weight Watchers petit pain (HeB), sprayed with Fry Light, topped with chopped garlic and 40g reduced fat cheddar (HeA)

Dinner
Chicken mugshot
Satsuma
Apple

Syns: none planned yet but I'm sure I'll have some :)
