Has anyone heard of this, I have seen/heard about it 4 or 5 times today.
Is it some new idea, does it work ?????
Apparently you eat 500g a day and increase by 500g a day until your at 3kg..
I really love grapes but could anyone eat that many a day.
I doesnt seem safe or healthy to me ?? ( all the frementing inside lol)
