I won a bag of fruit in the raffle at last weeks meeting. Very pleased! Only thing is - it includes a grapefruit, and I've got no idea what to do with it. :ashamed0005:

Only way I know of is how my Dad eats them ... with loads of sugar on top, under the grill. Don't think that that would be very slimming world friendly!

Any one have any lovely ideas? :)

Just plain works for me :) I love grapefruit! If it's too tart for you, use a bit of sweetener on it...

i just peel it & eat like an orange, the ruby ones are usually sweeter, or cut in half, sprinkle with sweetner & eat with a spoon. x

If you want to eat it with a spoon, make sure you cut it 'around its middle' with the part where the stalk joins at north or south (makes sense?)

Then use a small sharp knife to cut around the outside edge of the circle, then cut against each side of the dividing skins. You will have cut small triangles around each piece of fruit.

*then* sprinkle with sweetener and attack with a spoon!
