Just received my monthly graze box and worked out the syns of each punnet, the lowest one is 8 syns!

I think I may have to have another look on the website for more SW friendly options.

They're supposed to be healthy boxes delivered to your office/work/home. They have 4 little punnets in with things like nuts, olives and foccacia bread, supposed to stop you nibbling on other things! Hardly worth it for 8+ syns a punnet!

Could the syns be cut if you used some of the contents as a hexb?

Would it not be cheaper to make your own graze boxes? that way you have full control over what goes in them :)

Just wanted to say that healthy does not necessarily mean good for losing weight. Nuts, seed, avocado etc are really healthy for you but are high in oils which is not the greatest when you also want to lose weight.

I used to get them and I loved them but I wasn't eating them up as the high syns meant they were difficult to fit into my day. I loved some of them tho, especially the chocolate ones!
