WOW That programme is brill! Eggs for breakfast (protein) and soups for lunch! Potato and leek, yummy
We need more soup recipes then guys.....

Hugs:)

I just watched this, did you see the bit about the dairy....interesting....:bliss:

So egg and beans on toast would be a much better option that cereal?

What soup is there that you can eat on green?

I've just caught up with this on iplayer.

Lots of stuff we SW-ers already know...but a really interesting programme nonetheless.

The highlights:

Protein makes you feel fuller - eggs all the way! Meat, beans and pulses...
High-calcium/lowfat dairy - lots of low fat yoghurt and get those HE-As eaten.
Use a smaller plate - tricks your brain into eating 20-30% less
Move more - not necessarily proper exercise, but just more movement
Eat more soup - keeps you fuller for longer

Right, guess what I'm having tomorrow?

Poached eggs on toast for brekkie
Fruit and yoghurt for snacks
Soup for lunch - something with lentils perhaps
Mixed bean chilli for dinner, maybe with quorn, topped with cheese.

Yay!!

oh yummmmmmmy
can I come for dinner.??? ;)
