GNR is longer isn't it? I have only just got my head around the possibility of doing the 10 miles again - not sure i could go any further!!!!!!

Oh bugger is it!! I thought it was 10 miles.

Oh well no problem for us Hels (he says knowing he couldn't have done another 100 yards past the 10 miles this time).

Its all in the training... The last mile is uphill on the sea front which can be a challange... You havea whole eyar to train though... And it really is great fun!

Last mile uphill???!!!!! Thats me ruled out - the very small amount of fitness i have goes out of the window when faced with the slightes incline!!!

I will aim to do the GSR again - which is surprising as for a good 3 weeks afterwards i vowed never again!
